Browser requirements, trouble using?
Having Troubles Using Certain Areas of RISMedia's Content Solutions? It May Be Time for a Browser Update
You will need a modern, Web 2.0 capable browser (IE8, IE9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) to use RISMedia's Content Solutions and many other services on the web these days.
To find your version number on Internet Explorer, open your browser and click on Help in the toolbar and then About Internet Explorer. The version number can be found there.
If you do not have IE8 or above here is how to update:
To update Internet Explorer follow these steps:

Open Windows Update by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Update.

In the left pane, click Check for updates.

If any updates are found, click View available updates.

Make sure the Internet Explorer updates that you want are selected, and then click Install. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
